2021 Amazon France Statement
Did anybody else today receive a statement regarding selling activity in France for 2021?
The total sales and figures listed are way out.
They even list an example order number. Which is actually for an order from Amazon-Spain, going to a Spanish address, has nothing related to France. Even shows VAT was handled and collected by Amazon through IOSS.
Also to confirm we have never done FBA.

Yes, figures completely out. I stopped shipping to france and all EU/worldwide 1/7/21 and the reported figures are vastly out. Same no FBA ever.

Same here, what’s going on, we turned off all international sales before the July deadline.
the sample order shows and order from march 2021.
Any one know what we are supposed to do? kind of don’t want to be charged with fraud or tax evasion!

The sample order they gave. To confirm it is not one for in France and another country?
At the moment I would suggest opening a case with SS, hopefully will mean it is then investigated.
The email address it comes from says it does not accept replies.

Exactly the same here, example order is an order on .es shipped to spain.
The total orders shipped is also totally off, however it seems closer to the total sales on .fr and .es combined… Dreading to open a case with SS.

Ok, am I on the right track - as all my sales were before July 2021, and total sales below the DST of 35000eur i don’t actually need to do anything?

Received an email from Amazon about this too. We haven’t shipped anything outside of the UK since Brexit.
The statement quotes an order number that ‘meets the criteria for activity reported under the French Anti-Fraud Act.’ The order number quoted is in respect of a UK FBA shipment to a customer in Devon!!

The main issue is Amazon has messed up the total figure. It is nowhere close for us what we done in 2021.
So hopefully they can fix that.

They have completely the wrong figures, the actual figure can be obtained via the ‘reports’ ‘payments’ 'date range reports and put 1st Jan to 31st December 2021 and the full details are there, these documents that they have sent are clearly wrong.
