really dont understand it? i try to make a payout to myself, only to be told that

sales 75.00

expenses 45.10

in reserve - 34.54

i am posting the items myself.

You have an account reserve amount. Given that you’ve been here for a long time, there is a reason for that? Do you know what it is because usually accounts of this age don’t normally have reserves on them to begin with? You will only be able to disburse when funds from the items you have despatched are released (after the EDD) and you have enough available above your reserve limit.

As for the fees, are your products categorised correctly so that the correct fees are being deducted? Do you set your own shipping fees or are you using the Amazon template?
