I have been selling on Amazon since January and I have sold over 2000 items.

I have received in total 11 A to Z guarantee claims. 9 of the have been granted and 2 denied . I provided the same evidence for all 11 but only 2 of them were decided in my favour.

Despite providing proof of delivery with buyers name, address, signature and date of delivery (within the estimated date) I have lost the claim. I have appealed all 9 claims with proof of delivery evidence but have still lost the appeals.

The decision does not tell me what evidence is required. I contact seller support and keep going round in circles. They never answer the question directly and provide automated responses on a completely different topic.

I post my items by reputable couriers such as FedEx DPD and DHL and have all the delivery evidence but despite this I am loosing the claims.

I do not know what to do ? I can’t speak to the claim team directly and the support team I speak to although agree can not do anything other than to refer the matter to the claim team who respond by stating they stand by their decision.

I am sure I am not the only one to go through this.

Is there anything that can be done ?

Can I speak to the claim team or write to them directly ?

What delivery evidence is actually accepted if a signature with buyers name and address is not accepted ?

Thank you for your reply it is much appreciated.

I can not express how stressful and frustrating this is. I fully understand they protect buyers but this should be to a limit. A buyer can exploit sellers and claim items are not received and Amazon will blindly grant them.

In addition to loosing the funds my account is at risk of deactivation as I have had 4 wrongful claims in 2 weeks all with signature proof of deliveries. I have no doubt this will continue of not acted up on.

Can you advise what evidence they actually accept ? Is there a quicker resolution apart from a small claims court. I have unsuccessfully appealed so have no more appeals.

Regards
