I just wondered if something has changed regarding this. I use Buy Shipping since the changes last year on all letters, large letters and parcels.

On 22/05/23 I had a A-Z as follows:

Granted

Seller-funded: May 22 Order Defect Rate (ODR) impacted: Yes
Appeal by: Jun 21
Product amount: GBP 9.90
Claim date: 22 May 2023

Now again on 29/07/23 I have had another one:

Granted

Seller-funded: Jul 29 Order Defect Rate (ODR) impacted: Yes
Appeal by: Aug 28
Product amount: GBP 4.45
Claim date: 29 July 2023

Both seller funded and both having ODR affected, both shipping bought CRL24 through Buy Shipping to my Royal Mail account. Obviously not scanned even if delivered.

So both seller refunded, however both have affected ODR, I didn’t think ODR was affected using Buy Shipping. So what is the point of using Buy Shipping. I appealed the first one as my ODR was affected but as usual got the pointless response back from Seller Support.

Why are they affecting ODR’s when Buy Shipping is purchased, can anyone help please? I may aswell just use my RM account and have one manifest instead of jumping through Amazon hoops all the time and they don’t stick to their own rules/terms etc.
