Abusive Buyer - Amazon not doing anything
HELP
I keep getting a particular customer buying a product from me and then cancelling within an hour of ordering. The buyer usually buys all of the items in stock then request cancellation for all. I managed to ship one of the order tracked and signed for. Customer then requested a return but I still have not received the item back till date., The return is still open.
The only time they stop is when the item is not stocked.
I have reported this to amazon but nothing seems to have happened.
Is there anything I can do regarding this abuse of buyer priviledge?

I take it if it’s within an hour it’s an automatic cancellation and not a cancellation request you are receiving? Because if it’s a cancellation request, you could still ship it of course.

Sounds like a competitor instigating this? Over we have noticed strange buying activity. For example too many returns or claims of damage when there is nothing wrong with the product.

We know as experienced sellers many buyers have found ways to exploit the platform whether thats telling on your mates to sabatage a seller account or doing the usual to annoy the seller. Despite reporting the issues via seller support it appears that there are no easy solution to resolve issue. Such as blocking the buyer from any future purchases. Other platforms have allow sellers to block persistant trouble makers. They havent given the seller the tools to do this on this platform thats why you find the same people doing the same stuff online.
Our compeitor tells their friends to keep ordering and returning the order, then write fake reviews about the product being defective. What you notice is is the same group of people of a similar age or profession.
The plaform very quiet so quiet now its like two or three orders a day if your lucky. We have been waiting for Amazon to sort out a system problem for 6 months and they just drag their feet in resolving this issue forgetting that our sales are affected as a result.
There are so many pitfalls in the platform you will be surprised to learn.

What do you mean buying all your stock? Dont you have qty limits set? Do you really have regular cuatomers who buy 10s of your products? Dont think so. Set limit to 2 and thats it
