Hello,

I have recieved the bellow email I replied with my 14 orders with all there royal mail tracking information I then get the same email sent back I am in a loop with no real answers.image

Are all 14 orders confirmed as delivered? Have you screenshot that from the RM website?
Have you also included your invoices to prove you have stock?
Are you registered as a business?

It specifically asks you to provide invoices to prove the stock, I can’t see they’ll reinstate without that and you must have the invoices for the stuff you’ve bought/sold?

All sorted I had tracking ID’s that were wrong I sent everything + invoices and now im back activated thank you all :slight_smile:
