Account deactivated, amazon not responding!
I created an account. I was then requested to provide ID, this was verified then they deactivated my account.
They have not given me any explaination but say I can appeal, I have appealed about 5 times, none get responded to. I have emailed the seller performance team and the ID team multiple times. I have submitted about 10 case logs, they just mark them as answered, close the case but do not even reply. I have also called about 5-6 times and they say they will do something but never do.

You need to have more patience.
Constantly submitting cases will do you no good whatsoever.
It can take from a day to several weeks for the process to be completed. You just have to wait.
As to them closing cases, this is the way they work.
All support are doing, is forwarding on your query to the performance dept. So though it appears closed, it has just been forwarded on.

So here we are, 2 months later, still no activation…
Still not responding…
BUT IM STILL SHOWING AS VALID AND VERIFIED!
