Account deactivated
Hey there! I’m a seller from India and plan on selling in the UK market. Within the next day, my account got deactivated(according to section 3) for reasons not clarified by amazon. I tried appealing and submitted every document related to the company, but to no avail. The status still remains deactivated after a week and amazon just reply with “DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION TO REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT”.

Guys, amazon hasn’t been replying to any of the emails and case logs so far. I’ve submitted all related documents. What’s more concerning is that I’ve already made a payment for goods. I’m not sure what’s going on. I don’t even know what information they need from my side. Deposit method, Registration number status shows “verified”.

I had another query. I haven’t yet registered for UK VAT since I’m not sure if they’ll reinstate or keep my account deactivated. Also, I’m not sure if account deactivation was because of UK VAT unavailability. I was planning on using amazon services to register UK VAT. What do you guys suggest?
