My account was under verification, its an old account [almost 5 years running]. I submitted the IDs and now yesterday got notification that my account is deactivated, and I need to submit “The company’s “one by one code” application form.”
Now I went back to my accountants, asked around people and called twice to seller central help, no one know what this document is? notification copy, pasted below. please if any one can help? We can only submit what we know?

You can download the file from the local authority or the Companies Registry website in the form of an electronically filed record upon request and must meet all of the following requirements:
- Submit the original electronic filing records provided by the competent authority
- Provide all pages of the file
- The date of issuance of the document must be within the last 180 days
- The document must contain the electronic stamp of the local authority

no product was removed. it was simple verification process, asked me for verification letter from bank, which bank wont provided, so went with wise bank and gave them that, now asking this new thing

Are you certain you haven’t been hacked as amazon has no reason to want a personal bank statement for a limited company account
