Account Deactivation due to addition of Credit card
Hi, I have a new account and just got deactivate due to addition of second credit card on accounts. Now they ask me to provide either business license or Utility bill. In my opinion, they deactivate my account to verify my new card billing address and my address are same. The address on LTD doc is virtual address so they probably reject it. The next one is utility, all utility bills are on my father’s name, they will reject it too. What doc should I provide to them? I have physical bank statement with same address on the new card’s billing address and also on Amazon account. Should I provide this? Please Help! Here is the deactivation notice:

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service

That’s a standard deactivation of a new account pending verification
As a ltd , in settings - account info - identity information, it needs to show the ltd company name and address in business info and then under in primary contact and beneficial owner section, it needs to have your name and home address
You must send amazon a utility bill in your name and home address from one of these

There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating the platform, and [Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement] (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/201190440) is one among them.
Please consider the below points as a requirement for the documents before a submission:
• Should be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
• Be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
• Show the full page, it should not be a screenshot
• Display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
• Be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)
• Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
• Be less than 10MB in size
• Be in one of these formats: gif, png, jpg, pdf, and docx.
• Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #)
• Be authentic and unaltered
• Name and address must be visible.
• If a utility bill for the given address is not under your name, provide a utility bill associated to the address used to register, and any other supporting documents that prove you are operating from that address, even if the bill is not under your name.

Yes, several mods have said that you can submit a bill in another person’s name as long as you can verify that you also are there at that address (several students posted with that scenario), but as said, those that have tried it have not been successful.

To be honest - I don’t think anyone here could advise on if amazon would accept this, especially as a google suggests a mobile phone tax certificate appears to be a thing specific to Pakistan? It doesn’t sound like a utility bill - but if it had your name and address on it, and is dated in the last 90 days, there’s every chance they might accept it.
I would assume they’ll either accept it, or tell you they don’t though?
