Account deactivation

Hi

We recently set up an account ‘Health and Hemp’ but it was quickly deactivated by Amazon. I have appealed 20/11/18 but heard nothing since. The notification from Amazon is below, however I have no idea what account the new one could be linked to, as I have no other Seller Central accounts.

Please assist if possible.

Kind regards

Paul

Amazon have made a meaningful link. They dont share their ways of linking accounts as it would assist with those wishing to set up second non-permitted accounts.

it is incredibly rare for them to change their mind.

Took me 2 minutes to find the link to ‘Cavendish Furniture’ who also sell on Amazon, I’m suprised you forgot about it.

Amazon will expect the new related account to be deleted to reactivate the original account, both accounts will be suspended as a result of the related accounts suspension, only the original account is valid as far as Amazon are concerned. Some verification details including UTR, VAT ID, Company ID, Passport personal ID etc must match the existing account to flag a related account in addition to the usual any of the usual email, address and company details.

I have no idea who Kika is with my limited time on Seller Central, fare play if she’s made enough money already.
Wish I could get my account rectified. I sent the following to seller-performance yesterday but still do not seem to be getting anywhere.
I was hoping it would clarify that there was no intended infringement of rules and regulations. I even put links to Companies house.

In October I opened an Amazon Seller Central account for my new Business ‘JAPP Media’ but it was quickly suspended, apparently it has been associated with a company account I was previously involved with, Cavendish Furniture.

The current registered address for JAPP Media is the same as the one previously used for Cavendish, although all this was changed approximately 6 months ago.

Earlier today I used Amazon Forums to try and get help regarding my JAPP Media account. I was told the following.

Association will have been made due to the registered address.

In July 2018 I sold Cavendish Furniture to its current owner Mark Whelan. The Cavendish address is now.

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06494855
CAVENDISH FURNITURE Company number 06494855

Registered office address
7 Burnley Lane, Huncoat, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 0PG
Company status
Active
Company type
Private limited Company

These are the details for JAPP Media
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10599181

Registered office address
33 Union Street, Pocklington, York, East Riding Of Yorkshire, England, YO42 2JJ
Company status
Active
Company type
Private limited Company

Could you please assist me in creating a new account for my company JAPP Media Ltd I have included links to Companies House to show that the 2 businesses in question are not associated in anyway, and should not be linked on Amazon.

Many thanks

Paul

Amazon can pick up any aspect of the existing account to link accounts there’s no specific written rule or ability to gain exactly how or what Amazon utilized to link the accounts but clearly in this case there are a number of links. You haven’t advise why the original account was suspended if this was a product related issue and your then creating a new account selling the same ASIN’s this would partially explain the reason. Below are some of the details that can potentially link Multiple seller accounts.

Here are the most important things to keep separated:

Any part of the original accounts verification documentation and ID details provided
IP addresses
Phones Number / Mobiles
Staff members (with limited access to accounts)
Tax ID UTR numbers / VAT Number / Passport / Driving Licence
Credit Card on File / Bank Account Details
Company Registration details / Previous registered Directors or beneficial owners
Ultility Bill proof of ID Details / Bank Statements
Domains and hosting companies
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Physical locations
Warehouse addresses / Shipping From Locations
Product listings / Product spreadsheets / XML uploads / Catalogue ASIN Simularities
Branding / Trademarks / IP Registration details
