Account issue
I’ve got an issue where my account has been deactivated, my health is all in the green and I cannot submit any evidence to reactivate the account, every time i open a case log it gives me an automated reply saying it’s in the wrong section. I’ve also got a decent amount of money still in the account, is there a way I can speak to someone or transfer the funds and close the account?

You’ll need to post the deactivation notice if you want help reinstating it or, wait 90 days and email disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk if you just want your funds (whether you get them though depends on deactivation reason ie vat liabilities etc)

Hi is there a way i can email them to Amazon as they won’t upload on here as it says it cant determine the size of the photo, and when i log in on my phone, I sign in but then ask me to resign in when reply to your comment.
my performance is all in the green, it ask me to submit verification for my account but won’t allow me to upload anything to prove verification

performance > performance notifications > click on the subject line to view the detailed notification that you have received
