Account suspended before opening
Please can anyone advise - First time applicant here - I keep getting this repeated e-mail every time i try and re-activate my account, have submitted endless documents - utility - bank card - eBay invoices - mobile phone - credit card statements - all to receive this same message! Not sure what else I can do.
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
Why is this happening?

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and provide one of the following documents in PDF, PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. The documents must be legible, authentic, and unaltered and contain the required information. We do not accept screenshots. The name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible

Hi Mary - thank you for replying.
I think i may have found a problem.
AUG 21 - i registered for a seller account - but closed it, due to other work commitments.
Amazon sent me confirmation of closure - instructing me that when i apply for another seller account i must set up a new seller account - i have included the screenshot of there e-mail.
So last week i attempted to open a new seller account using new information, new e-mail, but same personal details and phone number etc, however it wouldn’t allow me to enter the same storefront name as before.
My personal account is still active - but i have just noticed now that it has come up with the name or my original first application name.
Aug 21 - lolas-hut
Last week i could only enter lolashut.
Now when i sign in to my personal account its bringing up the lolas-hut - pending registration.
Please, who can I contact to resolve this?
