Account suspended due to payment account has fail verification and not giving me any option to contact and reply
Account suspended due to payment account has fail verification and not giving me any option to contact and reply. Worse thing I do not know exactly what they want from me. I have submitted the the Director personal bill and business Bank statement.
Do not understand what actually they want with a good running account. Always follows there rule, everything is genuine. Please I need advice how and where to put my case. Have tried to contact the support they have no clue.

You need to start by posting the notification you have received.

According to your SP you’re not A2Z wholesale but you are resident in PK but have no uk VAT number and are uk fba
Your address for your ltd is virtual therefore you are a netp and therefore should be cat registered

Just rereading it (I missed the first screenshot)
The initial utility bill was out of date
They asked for a personal statement - not business so unfortunately that advice was wrong
That message posted initially showed that was their final response unfortunately
You’ll need to email disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk in 90 days if your funds are frozen and remove any stock in fba warehouses

You need to understand - amazon do not care if you knew, or didnt know something. they place the onus on YOU to familiarise yourself with the laws of tax in the country you intend to trade in.
This statement is very true
“Regardless of whether your company is registered in UK, if you do not actually live in UK the threshold does not apply”
so you should have registered for VAT as soon as you started trading.
amazon are clamping down on overseas traders - and i can see why.
