Account suspension - Online Arbitrage - Infringement
Hello,
Last month I started selling in model of online arbitrage and i tried first on coupon arbitrage.
Unfortunately week after I started selling I’ve got 3 Infringement claims and my account get suspended.
I’ve tried to send to support the invoices that i get from sellers and screens of order details but all the time I got answer that the documents are not meeting criteria.
Is there any chance to get my account back? And if yes, how.
Thank you for help.

Hi using that method does not really work on amazon - they will only accept wholesale invoices.

Yes, I learned it today, but is there a chance to get my account unblocked?
Seller_SxUHo7A6nDqJ7
The only problem is that if I contact directly to support they just ignore me. Next to case log after few hours there’s a “answered” status and 0 emails and information. The only way they respond is when i go to Account Health and I appeal to concrete IP report, but then they again say that i’ve not sent proper documents. I’m trying now to contact the people who claim the Infringement report.

you can get your account back by holding your hands up and sending a strong POA
wont be easy without proper invoices but achievable

Hello @LWTN,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand you need assistance with appealing on the action taken on your account.
From the information you’ve shared, I believe your account is taken down for inauthenticity issues and possible infringement.
In such cases, invoices are needed. If for some reason, the invoices are rejected, you will be required to submit an authorization letter confirming that you are allowed to sell the brand in question.
If you believe this is an incorrect action, you can appeal with at least one of the following, as applicable:
a. Invoices proving the authenticity of your products (you may remove pricing information); OR
b. Amazon order IDs demonstrating product authenticity; OR
c. An authorization letter from the rights owner (cannot be a forwarded email); OR
d. A court order finding that your product does not infringe the asserted IP, or that the asserted IP is invalid or unenforceable.
If your documents aren’t accepted for any reason please work on a plan of action for the same. You must be clear and concise while answering the below questions.
1. Root cause: What led to the issue? Try and understand the “why, what, who, where and how?”
- Did you have the approval to list the brands/products that were flagged?
- If yes, do you have the invoices, authorization letter or brand approval certificate to sell them?
- If the products that led to the issue were generic in nature, why did you list them under a branded name?
2. Corrective measures: What actions will you or have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Provide an explanation about what were your immediate steps when you received a notification.
- The changes you could make at that point.
3. Preventive steps: How can you control it? Think long term!
- What is the process you will follow while sourcing branded items?
- How will you identify trusted suppliers?
- How will you avoid listing branded items if you are not authorized to sell them?
- What are the changes you can bring in to control or to avoid similar violation?
- If you are not authorized to sell a brand, how will you make sure to not list it?
To consider an appeal to be valid, the seller performance team generally focuses on the following points:
Did you fully comprehend the specific policies and the root cause that led to the enforcement action;
Removed all listings they were reported for and associated or similar listings.
Provided a reasonable plan to avoid any policy violations in the future. For example, you have changed manufacturers or you will no longer sell this brands product; or
Provided valid invoices, letter of authorization, images, or licensing agreements.
If you have already submitted the documents, please wait for the concerned team to get back to you before sending additional information or creating a new case as this may further delay the review process.
I’d also like to let you know that currently they are facing an issue due to which the review of appeals is taking longer than usual time. But you will definitely get a response.
I’d request you to review all the performance notifications and see if you have received any email asking for any additional information. If you have already done it and haven’t received any response yet, kindly wait for the review to be completed.

Nope, last message is from case of last canceled IP report. There’s zero information about my account suspension.
Seller_SxUHo7A6nDqJ7
Yes, I know this isn’t easy case and I hope that someone from Amazon Support will help to solve this problem.

I’ve tried to contact mods, support, everyone that I could but no one is responding to me. What can I do even if I can be qualified for cancelling suspencion if no one is answering to my appeals? It’s really annoying…
