Account verification - 4 months waiting
Hello,
Submitted documents in July.
In August Amazon said I need to submit additional documents(which I did a few days after request).
Since 18th of August I am waiting for account verification.
Is this normal, it has been almost 4 months since the last submission.
Is there any approx. date when I should expect their response?
Hopefully, someone from the Amazon team can respond.

Amazon rarely respond on here as this is a seller forum. No timeline but Amazon are inundated so expect 4 months from the last date of submission - so long as you haven’t chased in the meantime.

Same here, my account was verified in December 2019, then they started reverification by end of April 2020, forth and back provided all the information again by mid of August and since then I am waiting as well. Just today I saw above warning as well which says ‘Action needed to avoid account enforcement’ which was a different wording before. Hence it says underneath ‘your information is being validated’ Since our last document submission, we did not receive any email or performance notification for further info or docs, account info section shows no warning etc. Sent only one time email to check if everything is ok, but did n to get any response. So we keep waiting.

@Alida_Blamm I would recommend that you create a case through your account using the Contact Us link in the banner of your account information page. This will allow the team to review your account. I don’t work on the verification side of accounts so I don’t have any access to check what exactly is happening unfortunately.

I’m in a similar position, previously verified 6 year old account with over 130k held for 3 weeks so far while pending verification. I’ve had to switch my shop off because I’ve no income to cover the courier bills while i’m allowed to sell, but not entitled to my own money…
