Hi, can anyone please help. I got this message and an email saying my account was decactivated and just follow the instructions in the banner.
It happened while I requested entity change from personal to a limited company. I uploaded what they asked initially and one day woke up with the decativation email !!
When I clink on the IDENTITY INFORMATION it tell me that my credit card is invalid and i have changed alost 4-5 different creit cards and still the same message. I have one credit card on my comapny name with the exact details, that is active but still the same message.
I have tried creating new CASE LOGS and evety time I create a new case log after few hours it shows that my case has been answered but there is no reply.
I tried sending my conpmay information documents (current appointments letter and certification of incorporation) but still no reply.
Can anyone please help what should I do asits been a month now and I seriously do not know what to do !!

For security reasons we have very limited visibility into your account details for payment and deposit methods so I can only provide you with general advice.
I would recommend that you update your card details as if it is a brand-new card, regardless of if the card information is displaying. You need to Add a New Credit Card and add a New Billing Address even if it is already present. This is to ensure that the system will fully refresh with the update. You need to update the card for all marketplaces.
It does not have to be the same user name as the Amazon account.

I would highlight section: 8. Why is my credit card listed as invalid? as it may have additional information you are not aware of.
