Amazon Evri labels not accepted at drop off
Hi,
Ive tried numerous times to use amazon buy shipping. We mainly use RM but do occasionally use EVRI.
However, the drop off point never accept the label and say you need an account with EVRI (mini 100 parcels a week)
We can book directly with evri no problems but all amazon labels are invalid
Any one else come across this. I only select label for drop off

Check it doesn’t say ‘van’ somewhere on it
Several reports this week if that issue

I’ve tried to send three this week but they won’t scan at lockers or parcelshops, it keeps giving an invalid number message.

Does anyone think here that because the labels are amazons, and amazon I assume do have an evri account for collection - its assuming the amazon account level options when the labels are created?

Mine say Van also on the labels from amazon.
I have to go to the evri website directly and create a label manually and that also says Van
It appears amazon labels are simply not correct or somehow even though I select Drop off I am being given a collection label.
Amazon always has (12 years on here) and seems, always will be clunky. Seller support take 2 weeks to get a relevant answer to me.

Hello Micros2u1!
I have reached out to our team that collaborates with Evri and this is the response I got from them:
“Evri has stopped accepting “Next Day” and “Standard” orders in their parcel shops as these ship methods require for Evri to arrange a collection. If Selling Partners wish to use Parcel shops they should select the “drop off” ship method instead of Standard or Next Day. Alternatively, they can also register on the following page so that Evri contacts them in order to arrange collection: https://support.evri.com/app/VanCollections”.
Please let me know if this answers your questions.
(I will post the same in other similar threads for better visibility)
Best,

and because I cancelled the labels and had to resend via an evri account I’ve now got a late dispatch warning on them both

I tried my first Evri label today and only got one option on buy shipping which was Evri Next Day. This would not scan at the parcelshop and the guy there stated that the barcode was wrong and that the tracking number should not start with a T

Hi all
im having the same issue, took a large number of parcels to the parcelshop today with all bar the ebay parcels being rejected.
The message “… not permitted to for parcelshop drop off”
Any help welcome. reading the posts it sounds like I will need to refund and book with another courier?
Thanks

Lots of people reporting the same issue.
This isn’t acceptable - Amazon are generating the labels, so there must be something wrong from their end ?
@Maja_Amazon - here’s another one.

Hi, has the issue of drop off labels not accepted by the locker/parcelshop been resolved yet?
I’m a new seller and, because I had not checked the forum yet (lesson learnt) I spent the whole morning panicking because I had finally made my first sale but I couldn’t post it lol. Eventually posted it with royal mail but just wanted to check if I couldn’t post it because I’m a noob or because issue has not been resolve yet
