We are a start-up company and in last months we shipped our first items on Amazon. For FBA, we conducted for another company. Our question is whether there is anybody who had Amazon FBA Services? If you used it, how was your experience? Did you have any problem or negative feedback from customers?

the thing is the quality of FBA services actually.
We can apply FBA by Amazon directly, but we are not sure if it is well prepared or not due to lack of experience. Do you complete your FBA process via Amazon?
