Amazon-funded A-Z
Hello, I’ve had a look through all A-Z claims to see for which ones I need to chase them for response and noticed that out of few amazon-funded claims for only one the payment has been reversed.
I don’t think I’ve seen it before and cannot find anything about this in their policies. Does anyone know the reason for this ?

Hi, so basically a A-Z is very simple to understand the policy is lucky dip with very small odds in our favor.
They had a pile on the home page earlier I couldn’t belive it.
I did chase some info on this once prior after a scamming customer got away with the stock and a refund, I was basically told they are reviewed on an individual basis and the decision falls with the reviewer. I personally think we take the hit due to the reviewers having so many to review so they aren’t reviewing them properly.
