Amazon Lending, No replies from emails

Hi

Has anyone had issues contacting Amazon lending, it’s really frustrating! I contacted them 10 days ago and have been on live chat 4 times asking seller central why this department hasn’t replied, seller central just say they will contact the department on my behalf and they should reply soon.
I managed to obtain the direct email address yet doing this just adds the message to the seller central case ID!
Amazon expects us to reply to emails within 24hrs yet they can’t be bothered to reply to us even when its marked as urgent. This matter is really urgent as I need a payment break due to a huge tax bill, I shouldn’t have to wait over ten days for a reply, it causing a lot of stress.
If anyone has had any previously issues or a phone number I’d much appreciated some input as Amazon are a waste of time.

I’ve been waiting since 16th February for the answer to my question so wouldn’t hold your breath. (Also on the same subject of a payment break).

dont hold your breath - I had 6 loans in a row with no payments issues at all, then they just stopped any loans and will not reply at all to any of my emails

call the Vat office on their time to pay number, they will allow you to split your payment, however when they ask why only say that you have been unable to make any or a tiny profit in your last 1/4, anything else they will argue with…no profit is a no brainer.

Hello Ginger_Trading
I am sorry to hear of your current issue. My honest suggestion would be to tackle this the other way. Clearly Amazon are not replying in time and you are getting closer to the quarterly VAT deadline.
Assuming this is a VAT / Tax bill i would call and speak to HMRC directly and explain your plight. They are encouraged to work with SME’s on this and will most probably spread the payments over 3-4 weeks for you. I did this when starting out and managed to do this over 4 quarters without any fine.
Be polite and don’t BS them. Tell them what you can do and stick to it.

I think you will have more luck this way.

Best

I had no fba stock, just fulfilled my own orders from my warehouse and I was offered £140k.
I think they base it on your sales income, obviously a lot more factors but that’s the main one.
