Amazon Lending payments
Hi i am just looking to see if anyone else has this problem.
Our Monthly repayment date for amazon lending is 20th on each month.
the repayments started and we paid amazon repayment for this month.
They refunded that payment and disbursed all that in our bank account.
we understand this has happened due to an email we receive from amazon stating that amazon lending payments have been paused till 1st may. however when we try to make any further transfers the balance still comes up and it wont let us make any transfers to bank account.
anyone else facing this issue.

We emailed amazon lending about this and they informed us that for now we won’t be able to do one demand disbursements’ but when the disbursement date comes, the full account balance will be disbursed and they won’t deduct the loan payment amount.

Our next repayment is due (or, rather, would have been due), of around £3k, and this shows as a deduction in our account balance. So we can’t request a transfer until we hit that £3k. We hit it the other day, had a balance of around £3.5k, so I requested transfer, and it transferred the entire £3.5k to our bank account. But now back to zero and can’t transfer until we hit the £3k again.
If this is the same for you I assume that’s just the way they’re doing it. Regardless, pausing these loan repayments isn’t something they HAD to do so while the way they’ve done it is a minor annoyance, it’s a lot better than if they were to keep collecting loan repayments as normal!
