Amazon Shipping To Buyers - Using Own Website, etc

We like many others have been invited to use Amazon’s own courier shipping. We ship SFP and standard Merchant Fulfilled.

In my own experience they are not great (no signature asked and parcels left in Recycling Bin, which they are not supposed to do), but I am aware far cheaper than Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD. So, to compete, will probably have to use them.

To increase volumes, so lower rates, they can also deliver parcels for items sold on your own website, and other sites, BUT it says you must use 3rd party software to generate the parcel labels and integrate to their courier system.

Anyone using the 3rd party software, and what prices, as lower the cost the better, other couriers give you access to their own systems to gain more parcels, so I am surprised Amazon don’t do the same as well.

Any news that they will be adding that as well?

==

Anyone know if many claims and issues with paying those?

==

Software links is the main issue though to add 3rd party software, etc

Thank you in advance to anyone
