Another return from the must annoying customer
Not sure what this customer is on but they’ve messaged me about 50 times they received there item and requested a return due to the item not working so must have been damaged in transit then was offering for them to sort out the return and telling me a price ect that was double the cost so I approved there request and added there return label and my terms then they message saying they can’t get out to take the parcel so I said I’ll redo the labels and book a collection service they refused this and said they would take it then more and more message about nonsense then they said they would take it to the po tomorrow i replied with the return is for a my Hermes parcel shop which they already Known they reply with yes that’s what i meant then lots more messages and then a friend was coming round her name is Jo can she take it to the shop I reply saying yes along as it’s a my Hermes parcel shop ect and said the process again and said that she is Responsible for the parcel until it’s been scanned she said great it’s a my Hermes shop her friend will take it after feeding her cat ect this was yesterday so I notify her that the parcel hasn’t been taken the shop as she told me that her friend was going yesterday I get another message saying be Patient and the parcel will be dropped at the shop within the deadline so I messaged saying sorry I’m not be impatient I’m just notifying you that you friend didn’t take it after feeding her cat ect and her reply was I never said she had to feed the cat the cat was going to the vat ect but early in the messages her friend had just picked up her cat from the vet and went to her house before going home to feed it lol anyway her friend went to the shop and the machine was broken waited 20min then ending up leaving the parcel and the buyer said you can check the tracking ect to see it’s been dropped off so I did theres no drop off ofcourse so I replied again that she is responsible for the parcel until someone at a my Hermes parcel shop scans the parcel then I received loads off abuse asking what Nationality am I ect and loads of other not very nice things to say so I replied nicely and then another message but this time her friends name that took the parcel as change to tom .like tom as taken the parcel it’s been scanned ect then another lie she brought Nintendo wii Remote red in motion plus Built-in off me and because this is broken she said that she brought one off game for 29.99 so I looked on game and the only red wii Remote like the one I sold her is 99.99 with the wii play motion game then others are around 59.99. Not sure but I think this buyer is trying to pull some sort of scam seem like there telling lie after lie

Yes it was difficult to read but sounds to me like the classic con, buyer doesn’t want to return the item and is hoping that you will get so fed up that you will tell them to keep it AND refund them.
