Another seller is also listing my product without my permission
Three days ago I reported the problem LANEYS SUPPLY’S had copied my listings and unlawfully
sells them.
This is my hard job over a year I tried to build my business.
I been selling its product for over a year. This is my hard job, I’ve built good reviews.
He added his offer to my offers using the same listing (same name, same photo, all the same) and it is automatically pinned to my listings.
Amazon send me email three days ago ;
“Hello,
We received your email. Amazon respects the intellectual property rights of others. After we process your notice, we will notify you by email. This usually takes 1 to 2 days.
Complaint ID: 4421049412
Sincerely,
Amazon.com”
Amazon is delaying with action on its part.
What should I do ???
Every day I lost my customers.
How could Amazon allow it?

If he is selling the exact same product, that is exactly the same in every way, then he is doing what he is supposed to do on Amazon.
It is a catalogue and each item is supposed to be listed only once.
You would need to supply a little more detail before anyone can say whether the other seller is doing anything wrong or not.
Ie do you own the IP rights to this specific product or is it simply an item that anyone can purchase wholesale and then list on the same Amazon page.

That anyone can purchase wholesale ( listing name - 1kg Beautiful Large scraps/ Off cuts Leather Italian - 100gr GIFT …
but I use the same picture, the same name, all the same (I copied my entire listing)
and attached to my listings. doing a better price.
So customers automatically choose his product thinking that it is mine.
Creating my product, my description. I gets the right ASIN number which is assigned to my product, to my store.
And here the seller who still added an additional offer by copying my entire product. (photo, description, all the same)
I created this lististing more than a year ago. For a year, I built my store, opinions , attracting customers.

so what can I do now ???
The prices are different because in the description, sizes (different sizes) .
I do not find a few of the same photos on amazon to be sold by other sellers.
This is the theft of a my photo, my description. All listing !!!
Seller_S0PwqC1D7nGZC
So what can I do?
Reserve photo and description ?
There must be some way
It’s called competition ??? This is called the theft of my photos and description!!!
competition > when you take your pictures and your description !
Seller_S0PwqC1D7nGZC
I will make a test purchase
The picture is made by me and the selection of the right assortment is original.
So I will try to prove that this is the product is different
What is the procedure to prove for Amazon that this is not a product from the photo ???
what should I do, where to submit all the evidence ?
Seller_S0PwqC1D7nGZC
Rugsy Thanks for replay
so I will keep because they can asked for mare evidence.
If I choose “Not as described” as the reason.
Amazon will send me a return label for which the seller pays ???

This is quite simply not true. I have seen this claim made several times on these forums There is a distinction between your buyer account and your seller account, even though they are linked. As a buyer you have a right to use all the facilities of the site and are perfectly able to leave negative feedback for any seller, because you are leaving that feedback as a buyer, not as a seller. Being a seller does not compromise your rights as a buyer. There may of course be certain circumstances in which your conduct might be construed as unduly malicious (for example, if you were to buy this item from the seller again and again in order to have the opportunity to leave negative feedback, you can expect trouble, and indeed deserve it) but if you buy something in good faith from another seller and negative feedback is appropriate, your seller account will not be suspended because you leave negative feedback.
The problem with this entire thread is that the OP seems unwilling to familiarise himself with the terms and conditions of being an Amazon seller or to understand how Amazon works and wants other sellers to advise him at every single stage of the process. Ironically, he then clearly doesn’t pay any attention to much of what they (correctly) advise.
