Anyone else seeing mass disassociation between parent and child
We use bindwise to keep an eye on alerts and we are seeing a massive disassociation between parent and child products.
Strange thing is that it’s not just products that we are the only seller, a lot of them there are only 2 x or more sellers - ourselves and Amazon plus others.
If I go into seller central I can see all the child products but the parent product is showing as incomplete

Amazon is now listing every single colour and size variation as a separate product rather than under it’s parent product.
I thought it was my fault at first as I’ve been doing bulk updates via csv to fix a size issue but I’ve been doing it by brand alphabetically and haven’t got to S for Sloggi yet.

This has happened to me on several of my listings, including a couple of really good sellers.
I was not sure when it happened as I had some time off sick, but thanks to the contributors on this thread I realise that this is probably today, and after reading your posts my anxiety levels have dropped by about 50%.
I will leave it for a day or two to see if Amazon address it, thank you.

Tried to fix a listing earlier on with a file upload. It took a lot longer to process than usual, but there are probably lots of sellers trying to update listings at the moment. Got the confirmation an hour ago that the upload had been processed with no errors. No change to the listing itself yet though, all variants still split, but it could take a few hours to filter through. Fingers crossed, because I have very little faith in Amazon fixing this anytime soon.

I have around 1400 children sat as suppressed
Upon investigation, the parent asins have been deleted in some instances or are showing as ‘incomplete’ in other instances.
When I try to go into the incomplete parent asins I get an error message saying there are inconsistencies with the skus, which is utter nonsense, as I created all of these products personally and no one else was piggy backing on the listings I created.
Rather than waste my time on resolving another amazon screw up, I will be spending my time listing these items on a competitor site.

I am at loss as to what can be done to fix it. I hope Amazon are resolving this issue. Lots of disassociation across the board.

has anyone managed to solve this issue with seller support or get any concrete answers. I was advised to delete the listing completely and re list after 24 hours :s not sure if that is very good advice though.
