Are my labels okay?

Hi,

This is my first shipment and I would just like to know if my labels are okay.

I have 20 units each in their own individual box. These are all placed inside another box/carton

I have selected FBA service labelling so that Amazon can place FNSKUs on my individual boxes/units.

On my carton I have EAN barcodes on each side of the carton as well as the FBA Labelling prep service barcode placed in the middle at the top of the carton.

My forwarder told me I also needed EAN codes on each individual box inside my carton
(please tell me if this is necessary or not)

I would like my units inside the carton to be sold individually.

Please let me know if my labelling was done right and if there was a better way for me to label everything. For example I have been worried that maybe if there is an EAN barcode on the carton then maybe Amazon will think that the carton is just 1 unit.
Could I have just had the Amazon FBA labelling service prep label on the carton and not needed any other barcodes?

Thank you very much for your help!

You are right, Amazon is very likely to believe that the entire box is a single unit. And they will then skip the labelling service and still charge you the fee, just like it happened to another seller on the forum recently.

You need to decide, whether to use the manufacturer’s barcodes or Amazon’s FNSKU labels. You cannot have both.

I confirmed with Amazon seller support if having EAN codes on my carton will be okay and making sure it will not be thought of as just 1 unit before sending my product and now I am being told that having EAN will cause this to be thought of as 1 unit after confirming and sending the product…

I see… it seems like it is too late now since I have already shipped it… great -_-

Also when I got to the last page to print out that label it was just a FBA prep label but I didnt get another label like everyone else seems to get

Okay so I have realised why I did not get a courier label. It’s because I was not able to select the UPS option because it gave me this message:
Sorry! Your ship from location does not currently fall with the Amazon Partnered Carrier coverage.

I selected ‘other’ and so it did not give me any label… My carton has already been shipped… How is it going to get to the warehouse? All it has is the FBA prep label.

And is there no way of telling Amazon to help me out with these issues? What will happen to my carton?

I have seen videos and images of the product with my code next to it and they have very good reviews so I doubt it would be faulty. This is basically a sample order anyway. And it would cost me way too much to ship it to my house and then again to the Amazon Warehouse, I am barely making profit as it is.
