Authorisation letter
im trying to sell an energy drink on amazon, but i need approval in the grocery department.
i sent them invoices and all the information they required but now theyre asking me for my suppliers supplier authorisation letter?
i contacted the place i bought it and they cant get the authorisation letter because its be bought from someone who bought it from someone else and the chain is too long for them to track down.
any help on how i can get the authorisation letter or a way around it?

You are not going to get anywhere with this. It sounds like your supply chain isn’t really wholesale or if it is the supply chain is far too long.
Did you buy the energy drinks from a wholesaler or did you buy them from a shop?
Amazon really want you to see buying from a legitimate supply chain if you can’t prove this you won’t get approval.
I would advise from buying from a different supplier who hasn’t got such a complicated supply chain.

yeah i didnt think i’d get very far as the supply chain sounded very long winded
i bought it from a wholesaler who has a warehouse here in the UK with the stock. so not a shop.
thank you for the advice, ill question more about the chain before i purchase again.
