Batch number
Hi,
is there anywhere we can view what ‘batch number/manufacturing lot number’ has sold? Is this visible on any reports? We need to keep a record of this because we obviously still own the inventory with FBA

Hey @Pierre_Fabre_UK,
Welcome to Amazon! We have several topics when it comes to reports, I will attach a video if you are new to Seller Central which you may find handy, Getting Started on Amazon: how to navigate Seller Central and its reports.
We also have a topic in regards to tot code or batch code, will add it here, Manufacturing lot number.
We also have a whole help page dedicated to inventory reports, which is called Download an Inventory Report, now I do believe you should be able to see Manufacturer Part Number
in the report.
If you do have more questions, which you feel aren’t covered in the links I have given you, do reach out to Seller Support.
Do let us know how things go though!
Regards,
Winston

Hey @Pierre_Fabre_UK,
By chance have you just requested a normal listings report? Should be an Excel file, there are further instructions there, should have something called ‘Manufacturer Part Number’

HI Winston, thank you so much for getting back to me.
Because we are new to Amazon seller FBA we don’t have any products listed so i think that’s why i can’t view a full report. Are you able to show me an example of where the Batch code/Lot number is on the excel file?
You’re referring to manufacturer part number but I’m not sure that’s the same as the batch number/Lot Code? our items have an expiry date, so we need to be able to track this batch number/Lot code.

Hi,
Thank you for your response! So I would enter the batch code when creating the shipment on amazon is that correct? Are you able to tell me what report I could then view the batch code on? is it the inventory report? it’s important that we’re able to track our batch codes you see.
