Bought a pair of shoes from Clarks Outlet and sold in Amazon

I bought a pair of shoes from clarks outlet and sold in Amazon. Now customer complained that these shoes are copies. As a result, this listing was removed from Amazon and asking me for Invoice. Do they accept Clarks Outlet Delivery Note? Please advise.

That’s your problem then, anything bought from retail cannot be sold as new. It must be sold in used - like new condition so you will struggle to get amazon to accept the receipt because its from retail and therefore not an invoice

Just submit what you have and let Amazon decide if they accept it or not.

I’ve never bought from the Clarks outlet but if you buy from m and s outlet and some others the labels have been changed because they’re outlet items rather than the actual shop. Is that why the customer thinks they’re a copy?

No difference in Shoe boxes, Labels or Shoes. In Online Outlet, I noticed that they sell left over sizes. That’s why we can’t find all sizes there.

Are all your Clarks shoes bought from the outlet?

No for sure. Once purchased at a retail outlet of store Amazon consider them as not new. You should have listed them as like new.

You are better off not using Amazon for this type of sale, use the other site.
