Buy shipping not confirming dispatch
Anyone else having issues with Buy Shipping? I’ve bought it and printed the labels but its not changing the orders to dispatched and wont let me manually dispatch either
Added: now all my orders have changed back to undispatched, even the manually dispatched ones

Yeah, this has just happened to me on a couple of orders. Including manually-despatched ones that went via a courier.
One failed to print the label via Amazon Print Connect, and now there seems to be no evidence of the purchase anywhere…

I’ve had the same. I thought I’d screwed up! Thankfully my orders don’t need to show as hipped until Monday so hopefully it will be fixed by then. I guess we can kiss our VTR goodbye if it isn’t fixed.

I’ve got the same issue here, mine are a mix of today and Monday but are going to be dispatched today. Hopefully amazon will work this out because the last thing we need is a performance issue due to late dispatch.
