Buyer wants to pay

Good evening guys I sold a dvd box set to a customer in Germany she emailed me to let’ me know that she had not received the item so I refuned her money. She has now come back to me saying that the box set has now arrived some 10 days afterwards and she would now like to repay me for the item but not sure how to advise her to do this I did say that she would have to contact Amazon but they have told her that as it was brought though the market place they could not help so I am a bit stumped as arrange this repayment any help would be helpful.

The only way your buyer can repay is if she contacts Amazon direct and gives permission for her card to be recharged, otherwise it a fudge to resolve by relisting the item, buyer orders, pays and you mark as shipped, but don’t send it, works ok provided someone else does not buy before the buyer gets to it?

Best route is for them to call Amazon CS, or use live chat to get their card recharged.

Another way the buyer could send you the payment is as an Amazon gift voucher, if that is acceptable to you.

I have used this method before; and have had endorsement from Amazon seller support that it is okay to suggest this to your buyer (hardly surprising, given that it then locks those funds into being used on Amazon rather than elsewhere).

Paypal, Bank transfer, Euros in an envelope - If Amazon "could not help " what’s the problem?

Recommend you contact Amazon to recharge the customer. Re-listing the item marking it as dispatched would incur another fee.
