You
Dear Madam / Sir,
my name is Andrea Dawson and I am responsible for onboarding new vendors for Amazon.uk. We got aware of your products and see great potential in your assortment. Therefore, we would like to explore the possibility of Amazon purchasing your products directly via a trade relationship.
If you are interested in working with us, please let me know the below information so I can suggest the next suitable steps:
How many products do you have:
What category do your products fall into:
Do you currently sell your products on Amazon:
If you are present on Amazon is it via Vendor (not Seller) Central:
Are you a manufacturer or a wholesaler:
If you prefer to discuss this opportunity with me directly or need further clarification on the info to be provided, feel free to directly schedule a phone appointment with me: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=15540587&calendarID=2779791
Please find a brief summary of the key benefits of supplying Amazon as a vendor:
High revenue and growth potential: Your products receive the ‘prime status’ (free and fast shipping) and are shown as ‘sold and dispatched by Amazon’
International expansion: Depending on your shipping model and product category, we can distribute your products throughout Europe at no additional cost (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES)
Excellent logistics and support: Amazon would hold stock and sell directly to consumers, managing fulfilment and all aspects of customer service and returns.
Kind regards,
Andrea Dawson | dawsa@amazon.com | Vendor Onboarding

Is the message in your Seller Central inbox? If not a scam it will be.
Just looking at it raises all kinds of suspicions. Her email address ends in amazon.com but she “onboards” new vendors for co.uk? Her English is creaky (“We got aware”, second sentence, for example) - though as it’s Amazon, creaky English is often the norm.
Looks like a scam to me. Just ignore it.

Thank you for your speedy reply’s.
I may forward it to support to check it out anyway.
Many thanks again.

This appears to be a 100% legit e-mail.
Based on the content and link attachment alone, it looks like a typical e-mail from an Amazon manager. These aren’t included in the Performance Notifications or anywhere in the Seller Central.
But it would be very helpful, if the OP also included a screenshot showing the graphics as well.

Awful English, grammar, arrangement, tenses and the rest all over the place.
Anyone would be right to be suspicious.
But if you are an Amazon Marketplace Seller, used to dealing with Seller Support ( cough ), then you would have to take it as legit ,

Thank you all again for your reply’s. I’m always cautious of emails which is the reason I wanted to ask you all for your opinions. I won’t be responding to it.

Just email to support and get them to check it out.

I’m not sure I would want to have a direct trade partnership with this person as I dont know what it would involve. I suppose that’s what would be discussed in the meeting but I was unsure of clicking on the link that was sent.
