Cancelling and getting a refund
Hello,
Like a lot of people I thought it would be awsome to start an amazon account to sell my business Merch products.
I signed up etc, that was fine… I put my bank card details and amazon took £30 for a professional account… Fine. Now here is the problem… I have been blocked and my account deactivated on the first day… I have no idea why, I don’t understand. I contacted the useless support options and got a useless response. Now can anyone tell me how I get my money back, cancel my account and make sure that amazon doesn’t thieve anymore subscription money from me for the awful service

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Have spent the last two days trying to set this up. It is a nightmare! They then asked for more details to verify my account, they asked for my passport, so I sent it. They have now declined my passport saying they could not verify it!!
It’s the only one I have!
Notice they have took 30 pounds off my card and I have an inactive account. Nobody to talk to about it and no account.
Let me know if you get any progress please.
Anyone out there got any ideas?
