Can't get VTR at all
Firstly, I’m aware of the 30 day rolling metrics and that everyone is sick to death of hearing about VTR.
But my VTR is still only 3%.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far.
Buying shipping through amazon - No
Manually Uploading the tracking with spaces removed - No
Using click and drop and integrating - No
I’ve been back and forth with amazon for months and months about this no joy fixing

Its also on a delay so you need to have tried something for at least 6 solid weeks to see the true result

How long have you been using ‘Buy Shipping’ ? - for the full 3 months ?
As above, you need to have been using it consistently for approx 6 weeks for the true VTR to be registered.
Do you EVER send anything via a tracked method, or use another carrier ?
