Collection times are changing for sfp orders

does anyone received an emails from amazon shipping in regards to changing the collection timing from 20th of November. We received an email advising that-

Dear Shipper,

We’ve noticed your collection time is set at 4pm or later and you have weekend collections enabled. This change was made historically to allow you to meet the Seller Fulfilled Prime criteria and ship Prime shipments with us.

Currently your account isn’t utilising these collection times or weekend collections, which has unfortunately led to your account being suspended from Seller Fulfilled Prime. From 20 November, your collection times will be updated to 2:30pm Monday to Friday, given your account no longer needs the later or weekend pickups.

But the reason they gave is totally wrong as we are utilising the current timing and also the weekend collection and we just have had our collection today at 5.15 PM. So any help in this matter will be appreciated.

We contacted amazon shipping and they sent a link to watch video and follow the step which was to set up the cut off times on seller central and we done that and they said contact us back once you done this and after that we contacted them and they raised a ticket but still no pick up showing for sunday and the collection times from monday have been changed to 2.30-6 PM. We also contacted our account manager for amazon shipping a few times but no response from him yet at all even after a number of emails sent.

So anyone else have received similar emails and any help will be appreciated please.
