Creating labels for buy in bulk shipping
Does anyone know what is going on with the bulk shipping? When I did the usual selecting orders the buy it now button is greyed out and it asks me to choose one of these four options…
Label print orientation
|4 in x 6 in PNG Default, 4 in x 6 in ZPL Default, 4 in x 6 in PDF With Packing Slip| 8.5 in x 11 in PDF With Packing Slip
I have no idea what this means so selected 4in x 6in ZPL as I have a TLP 2844-Z printer for labels but it downloaded them as a zip file which opens in a music folder called my music. No labels are available to print. Usually the labels download onto my screen to print off without selecting any label print orientation option
I have deleted the request for labels and gone back into Click and Drop and bought them there but the problem will arise again tomorrow.
Any ideas please? #Thanks

I think they are tinkering again
A few have reported this this morning and letter labels are wrong too

Definitely tinkering! I usually print a mixture of RM and Evri labels. I found that for Evri, I was able to download a pdf for 4x6 labels without packing slips, which is what I usually do. But for Royal Mail, there were only 2 options, both of which included a packing slip with the label. There seemed to be no way to get the postage labels without a packing slip.
I proceeded as time was tight, and the file I got was a zip file, which on extracting gave me a separate pdf for each order. A massive faff ensued to individually print off just the label part from each file.
Amazon, it’s good you’re adding various options, but taking away the ability to just print a sheet of labels suggests this tinkering is still a work in progress. Hopefully!!
