Hello, I have one order from Ireland and I need to provide the customer’s email address to our courier, can someone help me because I didn’t figure out where to find the customer’s encrypted email address, please.

You can’t use the encrypted email - won’t work. Put your own instead.

You can use the encrypted email. All you need to do is make sure you add the couriers sent from address to the list of authorised ones on Amazon:
