Customer Ratings
What does everyone think of the new Customer Rating that has been implemented? Has anyone done one themselves with a purchase? From what I can see it’s anonymous and you can’t even see what star rating you’ve been given unless you look at your % figures and estimate.
Good change, bad change? What do people think? I think it’ll be harder to spot fake 1-stars but then on the flip side might encourage more people to rate a product. Have to see!

Are you referring to the Customer Service Rating within the Buyer-Seller messaging interface?
So far, I haven’t received any ratings despite answering dozens of messages per day.
I can imagine the result will be similar to other Amazon features where buyers are asked for their opinion and the ratings will be mainly left by unhappy customers.
