customer is asking for a refund that I have already sent.
I have checked my account and it says that the refund has already been activated. Not sure what to so now .

All you can do is advise that your records show a refund has been processed. Ifthey continue to contact - we normally advise them to speak to amazon customer services as they actually handle the refund.

Sometimes refunds go to the customer as a token, or credit on their account (I’ve had it happen on my own personal account. If they haven’t seen anything come into their bank (It takes a few hours from when you process it) ask them to check their amazon account and see if they have something that looks like a credit/gift token.
