Deactivated account+ Payments held in the account
My account had been deactivated since beginning of March. Amazon asked to provide evidence that my products are authentic. Despite providing all the information I have including Invoices, receipts, bank statements, Authorisation letter from the Manufacturer, Amazon refused to accept it. Every time I receive a template reply that I need to provide more information. Despite giving them all this I have given them explanation letter and also plan for improvement they have not consider it. I have around 6 thousand pounds held in my account which the payments team has refused to pay.
I am not able to move forward with Amazon and I will appreciate any help, advise or suggestions from the fellow members.

If Amazon aren’t accepting what you’ve provided, you’ve waited the 90 days then emailed the relevant team to ask for your funds and they’ve declined then your basically left with either contacting the MD’s office or starting the legal process.

You can contact a lawyer, though it can end up costing quite a bit.
Try contacting MD and other relevant teams to help you out.
I know somebody who has been in this situation and found help through Amazon staff, so not everything lost.

Hi as mentioned above legal route or maybe plead to MD is the only option really and if depending on waht caused the situation is ultimately going to be the decider of they give you your money.
CAB is unlikely to do anything unfortunately maybe send a letter if your very lucky and yes Amazon are regulated by FCA with multiple licences for such as payments etc. but the way things are set up and for sellers been the middle man in simple terms we are pretty much screwed so if you were to contact the ombudsman the chances are they will to get back to you telling you they can’t assist you leaving the legal route the only option.

thanks for adding in discussion. Amazon don’t have any prove. One customer returned the scanner stating it is not US made but is made in China. All scanners are made in same as Apple products.

since Amazon has finished direct seller support, its pathetic, they have untrained, unprofessional people somewhere for cheap labour to save their money, ebay used to have their customer representative in other counties also to save money for labour and other expense. But Ebay has realized and brought back their customer services in Ireland and USA for better seller support.
But Amazon has not realized this thing, and if seller account is deactivated they will just copy paste template and send you every time whenever you send them any communication regarding your seller account.
Even though if your seller account is on Spain, France, Germany, Italy then they dont even listen to you what you are saying, they even dont bother to reply, if reply same copy paste the template.
They are making it very hard for sellers and balance is shifting or has been shifted already from sellers to buyers.
Amazon has become Buyers plate form not sellers any more.

Sorry to hear that, that’s alot to loose.hope you get it sorted. I am deactived but they have only £64. Does Amazon keep your money not give you it back. Even thought it’s not there money. Does anyone know. Only because I have seller account and a buyer account. the people advertising the courses the mentors. don’t tell you how hard it is. Wish there was a better way of selling rather than Amazon. Hopefully somebody comes up with it. I would see legal for yourself.
