Had my account deactivated a week ago and have been trying to find a solution to reactivate it…
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service
The issue is I live with my parents and do not have any utility bills in my name
I was only paying as-you-go with my telephone but now have a contract phone but for over a week have been trying to get a bill from them but they have been unable to issue one just escalate the issue to another department
Is there another way around this?
