Deactivated - I’m so stressed!
Hi guys
My account is deactivated because I was selling quickplay goals and I am not the brand owner!
Basically I sell products and then place an order via a wholesaler for it to be delivered.
Amazon can’t understand this and no matter what I supply they keep saying I haven’t provided enough information
Way information??
When I get seller support I cannot hear the folks in India!
They are polite but haven’t a clue
Please help! I am stuck and I have £4600 sat with Amazon!

I assume they have alleged the item to be inauthentic and are asking for invoices?

I’m afraid your day isn’t going to get much better. If you search this forum you will see this is a common issue and Amazon are selective in which invoices they will accept.
There are also quite strict rules around getting someone else to fulfill orders on your behalf, so it’d be worth taking a look here to ensure you are in compliance.
