Declaring Seller Status
Hello,
We recently set up as a Ltd company but have not yet registered for VAT. We are UK based and only plan on selling in the UK.
How do we go about declaring this on Amazon in account info?
We currently have a professional status seller account. Would just like to know how to submit this business info to Amazon, if we need to that is!

Well it’s probably too late to ask, but are you really sure, if your not even VAT registered yet, that you want to be a Ltd company? It’s generally a fair bit more expensive to run.
Are you registered as a business seller currently? Sole trader? Partnership?

Hi,
If your Amazon account has been set up already, then follow these simple steps to declare yourself as a non-vat. As CH allows new sellers for vat exemption till the 85k GBP threshold.

Settings–> tax settings–> declare as non vat( a blue link you will see)
