Disbursement issues
Hi, we started selling on Amazon on the 16th November, now I know Amazon like to give their customers everything but sellers nothing, but on all their help it says you can disburse your money 7 days after the latest expected delivery date.
We’ve been waiting 21 days since the latest delivery date and it’s still not available, is this an actual issue or is it because I’m a new seller?
We have no A-Z claims or chargebacks and have dealt with any queries quickly.
I have spoke to seller support but just got a response in Chinese and had to use google translate and it just said the same as the help pages.

Can you see if it will be available on the next settlement date?

so it becomes available 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date BUT if that date (last estimated delivery date + 7 days) is say 7th December and your last disbursement was 6th December, you have to wait til your next disbursement which will be 20th December

But if it’s available after the 7 days why cant I get the disbursement now? The button is greyed out and the available amount is showing as 0 but if I change it end of settlement period it shows the amount I’m due.
