Disbursement problems since move to Amazon Uk
As background, we disburse once every 24 hours like many do on Amazon.
We were move to UK payments last Thursday, since then every disbursement has returned to our account (4 in a row).
We have contact Amazon, they advised us to update our bank account details and add an Iban, we attempted this we get the message “Unable to verify existing bank account details. Please provide the correct information and submit again.” (as a note its the same and only bank account we have been using for five years or so without issue with disbursement unless theirs been an Amazon delay issue)
Amazon advised checking with our bank their was no change in BIC, all details we were putting in were correct. Constantly getting the “Unable to verify existing bank account details. Please provide the correct information and submit again.”
Seem to be going in circles with Amazon seller support with no resoloution.
Obviously we have bills, VAT and wages to pay.
Any one had the same problem or solved the issue, as if it goes on much longer we’ll be leaving Amazon i think.

What are you having issues with?
Normally, you will be asked to verify yourself by entering the previous bank account number in full before being able to make any changes.

Having the same issue, i haven’t changed anything or moved to uk payments, my account details are upto date, absolutely no different to the last 10 years, but my last 4-5 payments have come back to my account as failed disbursements, they are looking into it but nothing so far, i disburse daily & have never had an issue before now…

I have the same problem. Last two disbursements failed and the totals bounced back to my account.
I bank with TSB.
I disbursed again yesterday and am waiting to see if it reaches my bank account this time.

Does anyone successfully use a TSB or Barclays account with Amazon UK since the change? I’m wondering if all TSB and Barclays accounts now won’t work with Amazon UK at all? My disbursements stopped working with my old TSB account so I’m trying my newer TSB account but it won’t disburse until Friday due to me changing bank details. Loads of sellers will be effected if Amazon are unable to support these banks.

We are having exactly the same problem !! Amazon now owe us thousands and don’t seem to have a clue as to why the transfers are not being made.
Our account details have not changed at all so the problem must be at amazon’s end

I have had reply from SS. they told me my bank has updated BIC. I just need to contact my bank and ask them from updated BIC. and then need to update it on amazon. I am with TSB.
However speaking to TSB they told me there were no changes since APRIL 2018.

Im waiting on a call back from seller support, but im believing the full reset of bank details (as suggested by another seller) is the way to go, im checking with them before I do so that it will allow me to enter in my new IBAN (my iban from when i registered 2014 with barclays has changed 12 months ago, i checked bank statements as barclays were no use).
If that is the case and that is the soloution i take i will let you know as that then will remove the problematic IBAN number and replace it with the new version as their is no way update your IBAN number that i can see.
Hopefully this will help others
