Disillusioned Seller On Amazon Launchpad - please help!

Hi fellow sellers !

I’m a brand new Seller on Amazon and I’ve just joined Amazon Launchpad. I’m hoping they will help optimise my listing and help me start making sales.

However, I’m paying £25 a month stock storage fees and £25 a month Launchpad fees - but not a whisper or any sign of help from Amazon team.

This is really disappointing as I’m confused as to what i need to do next.

Will the Launchpad Team be in touch and what will they do exactly?

I spoke with Seller Support - but they weren’t very helpful.

Any advice from fellow sellers on Amazon?
