Does tracking not make a difference anymore?
I sent an item tracked with Hermes. The item was delivered and I have photos and GPS to prove that it was delivered.
The buyer opened an A-Z and has now been refunded even though the tracking information shows delivered.
What is the point in spending more money on tracking an order when Amazon just refund buyers if they say they’ve not received it?

From all the various posts on here about this and from my experience, no tracking no longer counts.
