im hoping it is a scam as my accounts 100% and clear been on for 4 years and my phone numbers are in place

i managed to talk to someone and no letter has been issued my accounts all fine thank you for your advise

Everything seems to be running fine still i am all ok i managed to get them to ring me yesterday and was told it was not them that sent the email .I think it was partly me as usually i never take no notice of my junk mail,where the email was and I seem to over read it into it to much which is easily done and got the hebe gebes .

I got a similar email however 91% of my sales last month were FBA sales. Amazon are currently holding on to around £5,000 from FBA sales due to performance. I have raised the issue with seller support but when seller support can’t resolve a problem they close the case and ignore further requests to resolve the problem.
