Downgrade account

Hey, I choose individual seller when signing up , £30 charge has come out my bank… so went to downgrade account all market places have been changed apart from Mexico ? says you cant change , will i still get charged can i get a refund ? i am new to this so just finding my feet.

You cannot downgrade your account - the £30 is for the Professional Selling PLAN, which you can downgrade to the Individual PLAN.
Go to settings (cog wheel top right) - Account info - Your services - manage. You will not be charged anymore, and it will say pending until the next monthly payment would have been due.
You can request a refund of unused fees as long as you have not sold anything, by opening a case with Seller Support (Help - top right). Any refund is at their discretion.
